Matt is a chartered Town Planner with over 10 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, handling a wide range of commercial and residential development projects.
At Quod, Matt is currently working on a range of commercial development proposals and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs). He has a detailed knowledge of Planning Committees and dealing with local Councillors, and has more recently been involved in taking a client through the Local Plan examination process for a new garden community.
Outside of work, Matt is most likely to be found riffling through the record shops of Soho or explaining his latest fad diet over a glass of wine.
