Maddy Truman

Maddy is a highly motivated and detail-oriented environmental planning consultant, experienced in co-ordinating the Environmental Impact Assessments for complex and landmark projects across the country.

Maddy advises clients on environmental considerations from the early design stage through to project delivery, proactively identifying and resolving key project risks and opportunities.

Maddy’s experience ranges from urban regeneration projects to industrial, leisure / sport and data centre projects across for outline, detailed, hybrid and post-consent amendment applications. Maddy supports the team to develop the EIA strategy, define and scope environmental assessments required for projects, liaises with technical teams and reviews ES chapters. Maddy advises on mitigation requirements to reduce environmental risks while ensuring projects meet environmental regulations.

Key projects include Battersea Power Station, Tottenham Hotspurs Hotel Application, London Golf Club and West Hendon Masterplan.

Outside of work Maddy enjoys running, having (slowly) completing the London Marathon in 2024 for the Samaritans Charity. As a country girl, she spends time in the Sussex countryside with her family and dog whenever possible.
