Lucy has led the socio-economic assessment of many major developments across the UK and in London in particular. She has authored socio-economic chapters, economic statements, employment and skills strategies and health impact assessments. Schemes include office, retail, hotel, leisure, residential (including private rented sector (PRS) and elderly housing) and mixed-use developments.
Lucy also has expertise in economic appraisal of transport infrastructure, including tradition economic benefits and wider economic impacts (WEIs). She has drafted multiple economic assessments for proposed transport infrastructure in both the UK and abroad.
Outside work, Lucy enjoys cooking and countryside walks, particularly if they include a pub lunch!
