John Rhodes OBE

John takes responsibility for a number of the larger projects handled by Quod and enjoys tackling a wide range of diverse projects from regeneration schemes to major infrastructure.

John is an experienced expert witness and has given evidence on more than 100 occasions at planning and similar inquiries but always believes that the benefits of good development should enable a consensus to be achieved.

John is immensely proud of Quod and the remarkable people who have come together since the company was set up in 2010. Quod is its own kind of fun but outside work John likes to be sailing, walking, skiing, chatting or drinking – although not necessarily at the same time.
