Jessica Leane

Jess joined Quod in February 2023. Prior to joining Quod Jess gained valuable planning experience working in the private sector in Newcastle. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from Newcastle University and is working towards her Master’s degree in Spatial Planning at University College London.

Jess has worked on a range of projects at Quod, supporting numerous clients in achieving development from initial due diligence through to determination.She has worked on a variety of successful schemes including large-scale infrastructure, mixed-use regeneration, science parks and interim-use schemes.

Outside of Quod, Jess enjoys visiting galleries around London, trying out new restaurants and swimming at Hampstead Heath pond when she’s feeling brave enough!
