James joined Quod in 2023. In his previous five years of experience in residential development consultancy he worked on development viability, market research and writing on planning policy. He is now working primarily on Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) to provide advice for clients. He studied history and politics at Queen Mary.
In his free time James can be found running around London or dipping into the pool for a swim.
