Emma Guthrie

Emma joined Quod in 2018 and has over 8 years’ planning experience. Emma advises on a wide range of projects, varying from listed building conversions to phased urban extension schemes, and has extensive knowledge of the Local Plan and Planning Appeal processes.

She also has significant experience and expertise in taking Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects through the Development Consent Order process. Emma prides herself on excellent project management and her in-depth understanding of the development process from inception to completion.

Outside of Quod, Emma is most likely to be found on a hockey pitch!
