Elin Fradgley

Elin is a highly experienced consultant and has around 17 years experience in delivering environmental services across a wide range of sectors, with particular expertise in EIA. Elin directs major multidisciplinary consultancy contracts and maintains close contact with the client and proactive engagement with project consultancy teams. Elin has held responsibility as Project Director for EIAs of numerous projects which have successfully secured planning permission. She has particular expertise of advising clients on major urban regeneration projects around the UK as well as green belt development and strategic site promotion.

Elin has key strengths in providing clients with strategic advice and pragmatic, proportionate solutions to complex matters surrounding EIA and development, particularly relating to outline planning parameters, Section 73 and reserved matters applications as well as scheme delivery including the discharge of planning conditions.
