Claire’s expertise is in the assessment, negotiation and implementation of affordable housing. She has experience on a range of project sizes and types, specialising in large strategic projects.

Her clients benefit from her commercial approach to the negotiation of affordable housing, identifying opportunities and risks and translating this into a clear affordable housing strategy. Claire is leading the affordable housing negotiations on many of the strategic regeneration projects in London and the South East and has acted as an expert witness at a number of high profile public inquiries.

Claire manages, through boundless energy, to effortlessly combine her busy working life with being a mother to her three boys — Luke, Thomas and Ben. She even finds time to run, cycle, go to the gym and generally enjoy the great outdoors.
