Carly Vince

Carly’s expertise is planning matters for large and complex infrastructure projects. Carly has experience on a range of energy projects, with particular expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams and negotiating with statutory bodies.

Prior to joining Quod, Carly was the Chief Planning Officer at EDF having led the planning and land teams to secure consents for Sizewell C and two gas-fired power stations. Carly also continued to provide strategic planning advice on Hinkley Point C having been instrumental in securing the original consent, as well as providing advice and technical input into renewables projects and on policy matters.

With two young boys, Carly enjoys a busy time at home and at work. Carly enjoys being in the great outdoors and loves nothing more than trips to the coast with her family.
