Ben Ford

Ben is a chartered town planner with twenty six years of experience in the private sector and is a founding Director of Quod, and Board Member. He has advised on all areas of planning including mixed-use development, residential, retail, leisure, and commercial. Ben has specialised in a number of groundbreaking large scale mixed use developments in London, co-ordinating project teams so as to meet the commercial interests of clients. Ben has given expert witness evidence at public inquiries and instructs Counsel.

Ben enjoyed a brief period of fame following his success as the RTPI’s Young Planner of the Year. Life hasn’t been quite the same since, and as such Ben now enjoys the bright lights of the West End and family life in Wimbledon.
