Antonia MacDougall

Antonia is an Associate Director at Quod and has gained over eight years’ experience working across both Planning and Development Economics disciplines.

Antonia regularly advises clients on all stages of the planning and development process from preacquisition site bids to post submission planning obligation negotiations. Antonia’s expertise includes financial modelling, development appraisals, estate regeneration financial performance, affordable housing products and viability advice.

Outside of work Antonia enjoys socialising with friends, travelling, and can often be seen running around her local park on a Saturday morning.
