Angie Fenton

Commercially minded planning consultant with a proven track record of achieving deliverable planning consents across the property sectors throughout the UK and Ireland.

With almost 20 years’ experience working in the private and public sectors, Angie has a strong understanding of the planning system, providing robust strategies from pre-acquisition of land through to the planning and post planning stages of her clients developments. She advises a range of clients including developers, investment funds, landowners, private clients and government bodies.

Angie is a Member of the RTPI and the RICS, Chair of Quod’s Commercial Property and Logistics Board, Member of the British Property Federation Industrial Committee and Member of the Business London Industrial and Logistics Sounding Board.

Outside of Quod, Angie enjoys the outdoors and sports, exploring new cities and visiting her hometown of Dublin. Since she retired from her playing days, Angie is now involved in developing women’s football at youth level and also sits on the Executive Board of the Ladies Gaelic Football Association in London.
