Alexandra Higgin

Alex is a town planner with three years of full time experience in the private sector, having worked in private consultancies in London and the wider South East. Alex has a range of experience within planning, ranging from large-scale urban brownfield and estate regeneration to healthcare estate planning and strategic land promotions.

Her particular areas of expertise include dealing with contentious schemes in inner London boroughs and on the edges of settlements, and in the preparation and submission of both small-scale and large-scale outline, full and reserved matters planning applications.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys bouldering, travelling and going to see live music performances. She also collects succulents and spends her lunchtimes trying to resist the call of the houseplant stall next to the office.
