Westminster success for Regal Homes tall building

Last night, on behalf of our friends at Regal Homes, Quod secured planning approval (subject to Mayoral Stage 2 referral) for the redevelopment of the former Royal Mail sorting office on Lodge Road, St Johns Wood.

The scheme received unanimous praise from Cllr Davis’ committee for the high quality design (Simon Bowden Architects), and will see 49 residential units delivered within an iconic tall building a stone’s throw from Lords Cricket Ground.

The approval represents an early 2016 joint Quod success for both planning and environmental assessment teams.
