Westminster rooftop gets consent
Quod has achieved planning permission for four rooftop penthouses in Maida Vale, Westminster, on behalf of Landcap.
The City of Westminster planning committee unanimously approved the development this week.
A key asset to the development was engaging with stakeholders to bring about a refurbishment of the whole building, which gained support from the residents of Hamilton Court. Rooftop extensions often prove to be contentious in Westminster on design and residential amenity grounds.
