Wembley Park Station Car Park, London Borough of Brent

An excellent decision for Barratt London and Transport for London from the Secretary of State and Planning Inspectorate on the application of London Plan Policy D9, in particular tall building proposals (up to 21 storeys) in a location identified as inappropriate in the adopted development plan. We are pleased that significant and substantial weight was applied to all of the scheme’s public benefits.
