The Landing, Maidenhead – Resolution to Grant Outline Planning Permission
The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead’s Planning Committee recently resolved to grant outline planning permission for The Landing, a new mixed-use development within the heart of Maidenhead.
The Landing represents the rejuvenation of a key site within Maidenhead town centre that involves the erection of a landmark development that will capitalise upon the future introduction of Crossrail. The scheme comprises circa 225 new residential homes, 35,000sqm of commercial and retail floor-space, in addition to a stunning new central public space known as the Lantern Circus. Quod advised the developer, London & Aberdeen / Ryger Maidenhead Ltd, on the coordination, preparation, submission and negotiation of the application.
