Summer Promotions Announced
The directors of Quod are delighted to announce a number of summer promotions. Five members of the Quod team, across both the London and Leeds offices, have been promoted in recognition of their diligent work and success within the business.
Calum Cockerill has been promoted to Associate. Calum has been directly involved in all aspects of the environmental planning process and has worked with Clients from the initial feasibility stages of the development, through the EIA process and planning application, onto the construction and operational phases.
Kavi Saigal MRTPI has been promoted to Senior Consultant. He has 5 years experience in the planning and property industry. Before being a member of the Development Economics team, Kavi was a planning consultant at Quod handling residential and commercial schemes nationwide. Kavi has been working in the Development Economics team for 2 years on residential and residential-led schemes in London and surrounding areas. He has experience in private sale and Build-to-Rent, estate regeneration, affordable housing schemes and assisted living projects.
James Guthrie has been promoted to Senior Planner. James is a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) and a member of the National Infrastructure Planning Association (NIPA). He is involved in a wide range of development proposals at Quod, from residential and employment led planning schemes, through to assisting with the preparation of Development Consent Order (DCO) applications for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs).
Julia Whately has been promoted to Planner. Julia has been working at Quod since September 2016, having graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc in City and Regional Planning in July 2016. Since joining Quod, Julia has gained experience on a variety of projects including residential, retail and commercial developments, both within and outside of London.
Hannah Richardson has been promoted to Team Secretary. Hannah was most recently Receptionist and Office Assistant to the Quod North team, based in the Leeds office. Her duties included greeting visitors, taking telephone calls and a variety of office administration tasks which she undertakes whilst supporting the rest of the team.
