Richard Serra joins Quod in Leeds
Quod’s rapid expansion in the North continues with the appointment of Richard Serra as a Director. He joins the Leeds office, which celebrates its first Birthday this month from Savills where he looked after the Company’s planning teams in the Midlands, North and Scotland.
Richard will be working alongside Tim Waring and his particular expertise in Community Infrastructure Levy; compulsory purchase; major residential, city centre office and sports development will complement the team’s already considerable experience and expertise.
Tim Waring said: “Richard is a significant addition to our Quod team in Leeds and reflects the success and ambition of our rapidly growing presence in the North. Richard is a highly respected planner locally, while also bringing with him the experience of dealing with major projects all over the Country.
Quod North have grown from an initial team of four to eleven in the past 12 months, in response to a significant rise in development interest in the Region.
