Quod Wins The Yorkshires Commercial Real Estate Award 2024 for Best Consultancy Practice.
Fantastic news for our Quod team in Leeds who marked their 10th year in the City earlier this year and winning the award is testament to their hard work within the city and surrounding region.
During Quod’s time in Leeds we have been involved in some of the most significant projects in the Region including supporting Leeds Bradford Airport in their growth, extensions to both the shopping centres at Meadowhall and White Rose, a number of major logistics and industrial schemes (along the A1, M1 and M62 corridors), the new railway station in south Leeds, as well as a range of mixed use redevelopments in the major towns and cities in the North. The team has also played a significant part in the ongoing growth and transformation of Leeds City Centre, delivering consents for a range of Build to Rent, PBSA, leisure and retail schemes.
Teamwork is at the heart of Quod’s DNA and has helped us achieve successful outcomes in challenging cases. Working collaboratively with the private and public sectors, Quod has been at the forefront of numerous planning projects in 2023 within the Region, and notably in the Leeds’ Innovation Arc delivering on the City Council’s economic ambitions for the west end of the City.In particular, Quod has secured consents for over 1,000 new homes, 2,500 student bed spaces, 20,000sqm of offices, a hotel and food and beverage in this part of the City which will continue the transformational change with social, environmental and economic benefits for the City centre and surrounding communities.
Congratulations to the Yorkshire Children’s Charity for another amazing event which raised an incredible £369,904 on the evening, and to all of the other winners.
