Quod obtains planning permission for a 28 storey tall building

Congratulations to Barratt London on achieving detailed planning permission for Lombard Wharf, a 28 storey tall residential building located on Battersea Waterside. 12-14 Lombard Road was a vacant brownfield site lying adjacent to the Grade II* Listed Cremorne Railway Bridge. Quod played a key role in realising the development potential of the site supporting the design competition, won by Patel Taylor, and providing tall building, planning and affordable housing advice. Lombard Wharf sets a new benchmark for tall buildings in Wandsworth through its sculptural design, whilst realising significant local improvements through the opening up of Cremorne Bridge for pedestrians and cyclists and delivering infrastructure for a new River Thames crossing.
