Quod North expansion – we moved to our new Leeds office today
Quod North was established in Leeds in January 2014 and has quickly grown to become of the most respected planning consultancies in the North of England.
Our team of 12 are advising on a wide range of schemes in Leeds and the Region including White Rose Shopping Centre, the former Yorkshire Post and Yorkshire Chemicals sites in the city centre, as well as a range of development projects across the North, including schemes in Newcastle, Manchester, Sheffield, York and Hull.
We are advising GSK, IKEA, Taylor Wimpey, NCP, Henry Boots, Wilkos, Dixons Store Group, Land Securities, Evans of Leeds, Hammersons, GMI and Wykeland, amongst others.
We have moved to new premises having outgrown our current ‘home’, and can now be found at Capitol at Bond Court in the city centre.
We are having a small celebratory event with some of our clients and fellow professionals on the evening of the 16th July to mark our new premises. If you wish to join us please let Gilly know at gillian.lodge@quod.com.
Tim Waring who heads up our Leeds office said:
“We have had an incredibly successful first 18 months in business in the City, and have been supported by a fantastic number of clients and our professional network. We have grown the team from an initial ‘gang of 4’ to 12 of us, and we are planning for more growth over the short term given the strong property market in the Region. We are very excited to be moving into Capitol in Bond Court, as this is becoming one of the most vibrant parts of the commercial district in Leeds and our new offices will be an excellent place to continue our growth.”
