Quod North expands with two new staff
Following the opening of the Leeds office in January 2014, Quod North has expanded its team with the appointment of 2 new planners.
Tim Leinster joins the firm from waste operator Veolia, where he worked in the development team managing bids and applications for PFI waste infrastructure.
He managed the company’s first development consent order for a nationally significant infrastructure project, and specialises in environmental planning issues, including Environmental Impact Assessments.
Tom O’Kane joins the team as a Planning Assistant, having spent the past 12 months at WYG working on a range of commercial and residential projects.
Their appointments are in response to a very successful start for the new business, with Quod North involved in a wide range of retail, leisure, office and housing projects. We have witnessed increasing development interests across all land use sectors in the north and growing our Leeds team at this early stage is testament to our confidence in the regional economy.
