Quod North expands team
Town planning advisors, Quod, who opened their new northern office in Leeds in January this year, have further strengthened their rapidly expanding Leeds office with a new senior appointment.
Richard Frudd joins with the benefit of 14 years of experience advising a wide range of private sector clients on commercial and residential projects within the region and nationally. He will continue his involvement in a range of local projects and property steering groups, alongside targeting an expanding client base to compliment Quod’s existing workloads.

Quod’s Leeds office has grown from an initial start-up of 3 professionals, and now has a professional team of 8, in light of increasing levels of development interest in Leeds and the rest of the Region. They are advising a wide range of clients in the Region as well as nationally, including Land Securities, Lands Improvements, Legal and General, Aberdeen Asset Managers, Threadneedle, Town Centre Securities, GMI, Wykeland, IKEA, Gregory Properties, Evans Property Group, Hammerson, Glaxo Smith Kline, London and Regional Properties and Lendlease.
