Quod North appoints Emma Lancaster as new Associate

Quod are pleased to announce that we have strengthened our Leeds office through the appointment of Emma Lancaster as an Associate.

Emma has previously worked in both local authority and consultancy roles and has advised clients across the north of England, including public sector and private sector landowners, and developers. Emma’s local authority experience provides a valuable insight into the decision-making process, and has assisted her clients to achieve their development and policy-related objectives.

Quod North have seen considerable growth during the 2015/16 financial year, and we will continue to grow our team to match client’s needs. Emma is an excellent addition given her breadth of experience and knowledge of the local market.
