Quod North and BPF – Giving Good CounCIL
Quod North, in collaboration with the BPF, are hosting a seminar on CIL for the regional property industry working in the Northern Powerhouse.
The seminar is at the Everyman Cinema on the 13th October (4.30pm for a 5pm start, 6pm finish and drinks afterwards).
Those Councils in the Northern Powerhouse with adopted CIL are presently few, but this is likely to change over the next 2 years. The
seminar focusses on the implications of the emerging clamour by Council’s to introduce CIL on the development pipeline in the Region.
Speakers at the event will include;

- Tim Waring (Director, Quod),
- Tim Hill (Chief Planning Officer, Leeds City Council) ,
- Mark Jackson (MD, Scarborourgh Development Group).
