Quod has joined the UKAA

Quod has joined the United Kingdom Apartment Association (UKAA), becoming the 100^th member. Chris Wheaton will be part of the UKAA Policy Committee, exploring research to develop understanding of Build to Rent and its role in housing supply.

 The UKAA is allied to the NAA in the USA, which is the leading body for Build to Rent operators with its members managing 8.8m homes. The vision of the UKAA is to professionalise and improve the service delivery of the residential rental sector in the UK, utilising best practice and knowledge from the USA model.
