Quod appoints Elin Fradgley as a new Director
The Directors of Quod are delighted to announce that we have further strengthened our rapidly expanding Environmental Planning capability with the appointment of Elin Fradgley as a new Director. Elin has over 17 years’ experience, having previously held national responsibility for Waterman’s environmental planning service. Together Elin and Karen Muldowney will develop Quod’s Environmental Planning offer, providing pragmatic and commercially focused expertise to clients.
Elin has a strong track record in advising public and private sector clients in site feasibility and promotion, master-planning support, EIA as well as scheme delivery. She has successfully contributed to positive outcomes on a variety of projects across all sectors but has particular strengths in complex high profile urban regeneration, urban extensions and green field schemes throughout the UK. Her recent project experience includes Battersea Power Station and Brent Cross Cricklewood.
