Quod Announces Promotions
At the end of another successful year, the Directors at Quod are pleased to announce twenty-one promotions in 2017. Every promotion reflects the invaluable contribution that these individuals have made to Quod and to our clients.
Steffan Rees has been promoted to Director. Steffan provides strategic and detailed planning advice to secure consents for complex sites in London. He has been the lead consultant on many projects, most recently securing major consents on Stratford City and the Athletes Village.
Charlotte Mitchell, Sasha Gordon, Adam Coombs and Sophia Rainsford have all been promoted to Associate.
Charlotte was promoted in July 2017 while she was on secondment to DCLG. We are delighted to have her back at Quod. While at DCLG, Charlotte worked on the Oxford to Cambridge growth corridor.
Sasha has a particular interest in understanding and measuring the social impacts of development and policy – including issues relating to public health, social inclusion and community cohesion. Through her work on a number of major infrastructure developments, she has developed an in-depth understanding of labour markets, managing the impacts and maximising the benefits of large-scale projects.
Adam works across a range of large-scale infrastructure, mixed-use, residential, commercial and leisure developments. Adam is involved with all aspects of the planning process, from the provision of initial advice to submission of applications and the subsequent negotiation of acceptable planning consents.
Sophia has developed her skill set leading on central London major residential led mixed use projects. She has led the client team working with both the Borough Council and GLA to ensure a clear and coherent planning strategy. Sophia has also built up her own client base working on residential projects outside London.
In addition, in December 2017, Daniel Rech, Helen Rodger, Neil Wells are all promoted to Senior Planner. While Aaron Brown, Imogen Blanning, Jack Martin-King, Michael Beale and Miriam Rogers are promoted to Planner.
July 2017 promotions included Anjuli Sethi promoted to Senior Planner. Emilie Paine, Katy Adubi, Laura Precious promoted to Planner.
Alistair Walker has been promoted to Senior Consultant, with Robert White and Alice Noyce-Mead promoted to Consultant.
Grace Watts was also promoted to Team PA in July.
