Quod acts for Tate

Quod acted for the Board of Trustees of the Tate Gallery in a High Court claim brought against Tate concerning the use of the viewing gallery on the top floor of the Blavatnik Building at London’s Tate Modern, Bankside.

The claim was brought against Tate by the owners of four flats in the neighbouring Neo Bankside development. Judgment was handed down by Mr Justice Mann at the High Court in Tate’s favour.

John Rhodes was the expert witness for Tate and he was assisted by Rich Jones and Emilie Paine.
