Permission Granted For Hotel At Bicester Gateway

Acting for London & Regional Properties, Quod’s Leeds office has secured consent for a 149 bedroom hotel within the first phase of development at Bicester Gateway, a new business park to the south of Bicester. The hotel will act as a catalyst to the wider development and is an essential component of the strategy to attract high quality, knowledge-based jobs to the business park.

Linked with the aspiration to deliver knowledge-based jobs to the area, design was a key issue in the determination of scheme. Quod provided strategic advice to London & Regional Properties to inform the design stage and subsequently engaged with the Council through to determination.
