New Quod North Office Launch
As part of our ongoing expansion we are pleased to announce the opening of Quod’s new northern office (Quod North), based in Leeds. The opening of the new office will enable us to build on our existing business in the north of England and also better serve our national clients.
Quod already provides advice to a range of clients with interests in the north of England. This includes Land Securities proposed expansion of the White Rose Shopping Centre in Leeds. We are also advising on proposals for a nationally important potash mine in the area between Whitby and Scarborough, and GSK’s proposals for new pharmaceutical development at Ulverston.
The new Quod North team is led by Tim Waring who has 25 years’ experience in planning practice and has worked for over 15 years in the Leeds region. Tim provides advice to a wide range of clients, including national and regional development companies, house builders and financial institutions. The other members of the team include Peter Hall (Associate) and Hannah Smith (Senior Planner) who have between them been advising clients on their northern interests for over 14 years.
Quod North is based in central Leeds.
Quod North will establish the perfect platform for us to provide our brand of commercially aware advice on those planning, affordable housing, socio-economic and environmental issues which impact on the quality and success of developments.
