Mixed Use Development in Westerfield – Resolution to Grant Outline Consent

Quod are pleased to have secured a resolution to grant outline planning consent, on behalf of Cubitt Projects, for 35 residential dwellings, 1,120 sqm of B1 employment floorspace and 160 sqm of community floorspace at Westerfield, Suffolk Coastal District. 

 Working alongside the owners of the site, Cubitt Projects, Quod successfully promoted the site and engaged positively with the local community, gaining the support of the Parish Council, with the site ultimately identified in the Council’s emerging Site Allocations Document. The development will deliver a long awaited improvement to the site in Westerfield, offering housing (including affordable housing), employment floorspace, a community building and public open space for the village.
