Quod’s specialist Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) team is advising on the CIL implications for developments across England, totalling over 100,000 new homes and over 100,000 sqm of non-residential uses. They have experience negotiating the complex regulatory landscape and supporting land owners to understand their CIL liability and budget for it.

Quod combines its unique expertise in planning, infrastructure delivery and quantitative problem solving to provide CIL support for developments going through the planning process from project inception to occupation.
