January 2024 Promotions

We are delighted to announce a number of promotions to start the new year. It has always been an important part of Quod’s philosophy to nurture talent and grow from within, which is even more important as an employee-owned business. These promotions are awarded in recognition of the outcomes these individuals deliver for our clients and their role in growing our business.

James Beynon has been promoted to Director. Based in Quod’s Leeds office, James has been at Quod for over 12 years and has recently secured consent for over 1,700 student bedspaces and 340 Build to Rent units in Leeds, amongst other successes. His current projects include the development of elite sporting facilities in the Green Belt. James’ promotion to director strengthens the already exceptional Quod team based in the Leeds office.
