Quod secures consent for final phase at Fulham Reach

Last night, members at Hammersmith and Fulham planning committee approved the final phase of St George’s Fulham Reach development, which will see the final 92 homes, including four town houses, delivered alongside high-quality landscaping and public realm. The final phase will knit seamlessly with the wider development, which delivers a total of 744 homes along with nearly 4,000m² of commercial floorspace. Quod’s integral role in obtaining approval for this final phase will see the scheme connect seamlessly and successfully with nearby Frank Banfield Park and Hammersmith town centre beyond.
