Chobham Manor, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park

Quod are pleased to announce that the London Legacy Development Corporation Planning Committee has approved the last development phase for Chobham Manor. This draws to an end the planning approval process for the 850 residential unit scheme next door to the London 2012 Olympic Games Velodrome. The development will create a new community in the north of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park supported by shops, restaurants, a nursery and community hub.

Quod have been involved since the start of the Chobham Manor project in 2012 and were delighted when it was awarded the ‘Best Scheme in Planning’ at the 2015 National Housing Awards.
