Cane Hill Development wins Graham Pye Award

We are delighted that Phase 1 of the Cane Hill development on the former hospital site in Coulsdon, Croydon, has won the Graham Pye Award at the Housing Design Awards for best family housing scheme.  Quod obtained hybrid planning permission in 2014 for the Barratt Homes scheme, comprising 677 homes for the whole site.  Phase 1 is the first part of the Cane Hill development to be delivered and includes 187 homes.

The Site is located in the Green Belt and the housing is designed to make the most of the outstanding natural quality of the site, including protecting and enhancing the mature trees and hedgerows, as well as the significant views from the site.
