Brent Cross Cricklewood – Fantastic Step Forward

In September 2015 the London Borough of Barnet’s Planning Committee unanimously resolved to grant the final Phase 1A North (the first phase of the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration) Reserved Matters Applications. On behalf of Hammerson and Standard Life, Quod played a key role in preparation, submission and negotiation of the various Reserved Matters Application

This first phase of development provides for critical infrastructure including the erection of new bridges spanning the A406, a new highway layout that will facilitate the area’s regeneration both north and south of the A406 and the diversion of the River Brent to provide for the creation of a riverside park. This represents a fantastic step forward for North West London.
