Permission granted for new homes at Aston House, Gerrard’s Cross

Quod provided Titan Property Developments with planning advice and recently achieved full planning consent for the redevelopment of a vacant office building to deliver a 32 unit residential scheme at Aston House, Gerrard’s Cross, South Bucks. The development will provide a mixture of high quality 1, 2 and 3 bed residential units with car parking and amenity space on this constrained town centre site.
