We specialise in identifying and assessing the social and economic impacts of development. This enables us to advise on a range of aspects such as: social infrastructure and open space (including play space) provision and delivery; social value, equality and quality of life; modelling the social and economic impacts of development; the preparation of business cases to secure funding; and articulating the benefits of schemes through advocacy.
We recognise the power that maps can have in communicating (sometimes vast quantities of) information and data to a variety of audiences. We have the capability and skills within our team to create these for inclusion in our work.
Overall, we aim to adopt a bespoke approach to each project to achieve optimum outcomes.
The specific services/outputs we can provide include: Socio-Economic Impact Assessment (including for EIA); Economic Development Strategies; Economic Benefits Statements; Regeneration Statements; Employment and Training Strategies; Social Infrastructure Strategies; Governance and Stewardship Strategies; Health Impact Assessments (HIAs); Equality Statements; strategic case making and site promotion; population and child yield modelling; and HoTs and S106 review and drafting.
