We have experience from inception through to delivery of small sites of less than ten units, through to new urban settlements of thousands of homes. We are very experienced in greenfield and green belt development, and have demonstrated the very high bar of very special circumstances on a number of schemes. In more dense areas we also have experience delivering Tall Buildings, including in Central London, and in achieving consent for infill development.
We understand that there is sometimes a longer term strategy, and we have significant experience in the longer-term promotion of strategic land sites, including the submission of representations of clients to influence planning policy (see Policy and Engagement).
We act for a range of residential-led developers, housebuilders, pension funds and private landowners; presently these include the Berkeley Group, Barratt London, Places for People, City & Docklands, London Green, London Square, Clarion Housing, Avanton, Legal and General, Argent Related amongst many others.
